Glass Art, Dichroic Glass Jewelry, Vintage Beads & Swarovski Crystals   

	About Shoshana My love for color began as a child when I looked at my grandmother's cut, Bavarian crystal goblets with their many deep, jewel tone colors. Those goblets are mine now and I still love bright, deep colored stemware. This love of color developed into working with stained glass some 30 years ago. There was a pause in my art work while I dedicated myself to my family and my career as an ophthalmologist. When I returned to my artistic work, I started by exploring lamp work and fused glass. Then I discovered dichroic glass, first as part of my glass collecting hobby then as a medium for my art. My jewelry art combines dichroic glass pieces with Swarovski crystals. I use only Swarovski crystals because they have the best color and brilliance. I also make bowls, plates and art panels using fused dichroic glass. My artistic emphasis is color and creative design. I like to put unusual shapes together with bright colors and to use dichroic glass and Swarovski crystals to bring out the special colors in each piece. I hope you enjoy my work.
